| Standard porta potty | Jobsites, parties, long rentals | No | Hand sanitizer inside | None | Guests expect a real bathroom |

| ADA accessible | Public events, older guests, wheelchair users | No | Sanitizer inside | None | Ground is soft or sloped |

What changes a porta potty setup in Waco?
Five Waco conditions change how we deliver and place a unit: Baylor game-day traffic, the fair and festival calendar, Blackland clay after rain, summer heat, and city permits for parks and streets. Each card says what we do about it so your rental works the first day.
Baylor game days
Home games at McLane Stadium jam I-35 and downtown. For tailgates and game-day events, we deliver the day before so your units are in place before the traffic.
Fair and festival season
The Heart of Texas Fair & Rodeo at the Extraco Events Center and the fall festival calendar fill our Friday and Saturday slots. Book weekend event units early in the week.
Blackland clay after rain
East and south McLennan County sit on Blackland Prairie clay that turns to mud after a storm. We place units on driveways, gravel or firm ground so the truck can reach them.
Central Texas heat
Waco summers regularly pass 100°F. Shade slows odor. Busy jobsites in July and August may need an extra cleaning visit; ask when you book.
City parks and streets
Events in Cameron Park, Indian Spring Park or on a city street run through the City of Waco special event process. A unit in the street right-of-way needs city approval too.
Check event rules with the City of Waco. Weather planning: NWS Fort Worth, which covers McLennan County.

We deliver to every Waco neighborhood, from downtown and the Baylor area to Lake Air, Bosqueville and the Lake Waco shoreline. Our yard is on Hodde Dr in west Waco, so most drops are a short run. Nearby cities like Hewitt, Woodway, Robinson and Bellmead are on the same routes.

Porta potty rental questions from Waco callers
How much is a porta potty rental in Waco?
It depends on the unit, the days and the ZIP. Recent quotes from our call desk: a standard unit for one week with one cleaning was $249 ($292.47 with delivery and tax). A month with weekly cleaning was $375. A weekend event unit with drop-off and pickup was $356. See the cost guide.
Can you deliver today?
Often, yes. Same-day delivery is available in the Waco area when a truck and unit are free. Call as early in the day as you can and we confirm on the call.
Is the price per day or for the whole rental?
For the whole rental. An event rental covers the event days, with delivery the day before and pickup after. A long-term rental covers up to 28 days.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Mark the spot with a cone, ribbon or sign and leave gate access. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving.
Do you pick it up automatically?
Event units are picked up on the date we set together. Long-term units are not picked up automatically: call a day or two before you are done so you are not billed for another month.
Can I get a lock on it?
Yes. A hasp and lock are free on request, which helps when the unit sits in a public spot overnight.
What is the difference between event and construction units?
Event units are kept a few days and arrive extra clean. Construction (standard) units can stay up to 28 days per cycle with weekly cleaning. Read event vs. construction units.
